HappyBids is a new type of auction that combines the best of
online shopping with entertainment. Enjoy the experience of joining in live auctions and trying to get great deals!
HappyBids features new in the box manufacturer merchandise only! Bids start at $0.01 each and have no reserve unless stated otherwise. Bids are $0.60 each, try us out and you could be the next big winner!
Every time a bid is placed in a penny auction the price increases by one cent. When the clock becomes lower then 2 minutes every time a bid is placed the clock will increase anywhere from 8-12 seconds every time. When the clock increases this gives other users the opportunity to place another bid (similar to the 'going,going,gone '). The Auction will then end if there are no further bids and the clock (counter) has hit zero. Be the last one standing and you will receive optimum savings!

2. Enter your email address
You will need to enter an email address that you can check right away. This email address will be used for several things including but not limited to notification of won items, shipping and payment arrangements.
3. Choose a Username & Password
This username and password will log you into the HappyBids website. When entering your information HappyBids will automatically scrub the username against the database in order to make sure that your username is both unique and available! Once the username has been created please create a secure password.

In order to register with HappyBids.Com you must accept both the Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy

HappyBids registration has no charge, however in order to participate n an auction you must purchase a BidPack. Each Bid has a cost of $.60 and are in available in packs of 50, 75, 150, 300 & 600! If you bid on a product and win you will be responsible for paying the final auction price, shipping and handling and sales tax. (NV State Residents Only).
Your 'exact cost' to win an item is figured by 2 things: The amount of bids that have been placed and the final price of the item. Example, If you place 10 Bids on an auction (Bids are $.60 each), you have spent $6 on bids. If you win the item at the final auction price of $1.00, you will pay $1.00, plus shipping and handling, plus NV Sales tax (if applicable).

Happybids.Com wants to prove loyalty is a must. We believe in 100% Customer satisfaction. Most merchandise purchased through Happybids.com may be returned anytime within 30 days for a refund of the value price of the merchandise returned, not the shipping charge, or a replacement.
RefundsRefunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 5-10 days after receipt of the returned merchandise. We will only refund the purchase price and the shipping cost of the merchandise returned. Please note that any bids placed with the associated auction are not eligible for a refund.
CancellationWant to cancel the bidpack order you just placed? No Problem! Fill out a ticket at our contact us section or just call us at 888-552-1114 and a customer service representative will be more then happy to assist you!
ExchangeIf you purchased a product from Happybids.com that you wish to exchange for a replacement, you can return that item and we will replace with the exact item (subject to availability) within 30 days. If that item is no longer available, you will be contacted and offered a product replacement of an item or gift card of the value of the item plus shipping cost.
Defective MerchandiseAn item that is discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced, or returned for a refund of the transaction price within 30 days.
Damaged ItemsAll packages are inspected for damage before they ship. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping-related claims within 1 business day after the date of receipt. We do not issue refunds for returns of damaged merchandise. An item that was discovered damaged upon receipt will be replaced with the same model only.
Return ShippingWe do not reimburse any return shipping costs except if an item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect; we will certainly replace the item. In the case that we are unable to provide a return label, we will reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise in voucher bids credited to your Happybids account. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly.
Product ReplacementIn the event that we are unable to fulfill an order, we will offer a product replacement of an alternative but comparable item, as determined by Happybids in its sole discretion. If a product replacement is unacceptable, you may choose to issue a full refund including bids spent in that auction (if any).
Sometimes an item might not work properly or can get damaged in transit. If this has happened don't worry we will resolve the problem as fast as possible. If an item doesn't work please check with the manufacturers' website for technical shooting. If the item is damaged please Contact Us at 888-552-1114or email us at info@happybids.com. When calling or emailing give us the auction Id, this will help us to deal with the situation in a more timely manner. Please do not return items upon receiving permission from us first. If you do this it will likely cause a delay in replacing your item if it is damaged.
Purchased items are subject to the warranty provided by the manufacturer. Can I receive a refund on the item I won? If within 7 days of delivery, you decide that you no longer want the item, we will be happy to refund the final auction price that you paid for that item unless otherwise noted. If there is no refund to the item you will see this located and written by payment method located at the bottom of the screen. If returning the item it must be in its original packaging and must not be damaged. Please contact our customer service team for details of what to do, making sure to provide them with the auction ID and your user name. Please note that we cannot offer you a refund on the cost of the bids that you placed on that auction (bids are non refundable) nor the return shipping cost.
Bids can be purchased with your credit, debit cards or PayPal. At this time, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. (BidPacks are not-refundable.)

The only way to win an auction is to start bidding. Once you have found something that interests you and you have purchased a bidpack its now time to get in there and bid! If you're a beginner sit back and watch you could learn a thing or two. Also, you might want to start out on an item or two before going and bidding on multiple items
Don't feel like sitting down to click and win? Don't worry we have you taken care of. Use our HappyTrigger. The HappyTrigger will allow you to set a number of bids that you would like to use on each certain item. Are you ready to go TriggerHappy on your auction item?
Any bids that are place on an auction are considered “used” and are not reusable. Whether the auction is won or not, those bids are not returned.
At HappyBids we take pride in making sure our users have the most pleasurable experience while using our site. At no point do we take violation of our Terms & Conditions lightly. If any user violated the Terms & Conditions all bids will be lost and the user account will be suspended.
Please log onto HappyBids.com, then grotto My HappyBids and select Change Password from the left hand column. Once selected you will be prompted to enter the old password followed by your new desired password.
If you have forgotten your username and or password, please click the Forgot Password Link Located beneath the login page on the home screen. Once clicked this will bring you to a new screen in which you can toggle between the Forgot Password & Forgot Username fields
Unfortunately, your username cannot be changed. Please be careful when choosing your username. Do not select a username that could be taken in offense or that abuses rights of third parties. If you notice any username with such a name please contact customer service.
Yes, Login to HappyBids.com, and then click my HappyBids in the top navigation bar. You will find a tab for personal information which is related to your name and my address book which is used for your addresses. Please make sure this information is correct.
Once logged in you will find the auctions you have won under the Won Auctions Link.
HappyBids policies strictly prohibit having more then one account. If you have more than one account, your accounts will be closed and all bids and auctions won will be forfeited. If you have more then one user in your household contact customer support at 1-800-401-1111 so we can assist you in setting up a second account.
The auction ends when the clock reaches zero. And when users stop bidding on the item. Auctions are driven by interest and popularity. An auction can go for hours or a few bids. It depends on the popularity of the item and how much traffic is on HappyBids at the time.
Checkout
Once the auction is finished and you are the winner. You will be directed to the checkout process. You have 30 days to purchase the item. If you still haven't purchased the item then you will forfeit the item and the bids that were placed on that item are lost. The bids lost are non-refundable!
Pay!
Paying for the item is really easy and is just like buying bids. As with purchasing bids you can use Pay Pal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express. We will send you a confirmation email when the payments been received along with shipping information. If your item has not arrived within 14 Business days of the payment received please contact us!
Retail Price
This is the price you would pay if you were buying this product from a regular retailer.
Auction End Price
This price is reflected at the end of the auction. Only the winner of the auction can buy the item at that price!
In fairness to everyone on HappyBids along with the concept of entertainment users are allowed to win a certain amount of auctions. Yes there is a limit.
24 Hour Limit: Users can win 6 Items (3 Items & 3 Bidpacks).
28 -Day Limit: Users will be limited to 25 total wins in any 28 day period.
Category Limits: 1 Television, 1 Camera(Video Camera), 1 Computer (includes Ipad,Playbook ect.), 1 Game Console (Does not include handhelds) and 1,000 Bids.
Any 'item' is a physical item, gift card or gift certificate.
When do I know when I reached the limit?
1. A pop-up window will appear after your win, notifying you that you've hit your limit.
2. If you are close to your 30-day limit of 1,000 bids, you may get a warning pop-up if you try to bid on a Bidpack that would cause you to exceed the limit. You may still be able to bid on smaller Bidpacks.
3. Limits are calculated on a rolling basis, taken from the most recent 24 hours or 28 days of your history. As the older wins drop off, you become eligible to bid again.
You can buy bids using your credit, debit cards or PayPal. At this time we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
Paying for auctions you have won are they same as above.
Privacy & Security are important to us. We use high-security encoding (Secure Socket Layer) To protect your payment details when processing your online payments.
Most credit card companies will place a pre-authorization hold on your card when you make a purchase. If you attempt to make a purchase and get an error, you may see a pending charge on your card. It will drop in a few days. If you experience an error at checkout but are unsure why, please contact someone from customer support at 888-552-1114 MON-FRI 9 am to 5 pm EST so that we can assist you.

HappyBids uses for authenticating, session tracking (state maintenance), and user information maintenance, such as site preferences or the contents of your auctions. As a result, cookies must be enabled on your web browser

A downtime, or outage, is an occasional and unforeseeable problem with the internet, and means that bids cannot be placed during this short period when we are offline. If we experience downtime at any point, we automatically increase end time so that our bidders are not left at a disadvantage. It is impossible to place any bids while the system is experiencing downtime, so any bids attempted during this period will not be accepted or debited from your account. If this situation does occur, we advise you to refresh your screen regularly, either by pressing F5 or the refresh button on your browser. In the event that an auction ends prematurely due to a system outage or an unforeseeable disruption in service, all ended auctions will be reviewed on a case by case basis. HappyBids reserves the right to deem any won auction as null and void during a system outage.
Happybids uses USPS, FedEx, & UPS for delivery. Want a specific carrier? Call and request your carrier at 888-552-1114. Happybids will automatically choose the best fit depending on the item.
Shipping charges are located at the bottom of the details page. You can see the details page by clicking the item that's being auctioned, then proceeding to the bottom of the screen. U.S. shipping charges are for delivery within the continental United States. There will be additional shipping charges for Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses, so users with a P.O. Box address should contact customer service to make alternate delivery arrangements
We ship within the U.S at this time only.
Items should be shipped within 14 business days of item checkout. If you have not received your item within this time please cotact us at info@happybids.com or call us at 888-552-1114. We do our best to make sure that items are shipped in a timely fashion; however there are times when an item may be temporarily unavailable. In this case we will contact you when we have the ship date.

Delivery times vary for each item that we auction. Most of our items are shipped directly within two days of paying for the auction item. We’ll let you know as soon as your item has been processed and shipped. Although we do not guarantee a shipping date for items purchased, most items should arrive within 14 buisness days. Please check your email for any notifications.

An avatar is an image that is used to represent a user's account. We have lots of fun icons that you can choose from to represent who you are! To choose an avatar for yourself go to 'My HappyBids' and look at the left side of the screen and you will see a link titled 'My Avatar', under HappyBids Info click and choose the image that best suits you, and remember to have fun with it!
